Hayashibara Megumi

In addition to her role as Yukihime, the serious, thoughtful young heroine of Grorious Nippon, Hayashibara Megumi is probably best known to American anime fans for such roles as Minky Momo (Magical Princess Minky Momo) and Tira Misu (Bakuretsu Hunters).

She's been in lots of other anime, but not really anything anyone's really ever heard of.
